Once all specifications are clear and approved by the customer, we purchase all components with our supply chain partners. With continuous quality control and an expedited production of each component, we then integrate them into one system-assembly. Finally, we perform a function test, which can be conducted with the customer present, to ensure compliance with functionality.
Existing actuators can be free-issued to Wiki Valves to modify their control system and to be re-adapted to new application requirements.
Wiki Valves, can have a 3D drawing, done in-house by our engineering team, of any actuated valve assembly. Format in stepfiles can be shared upon request.
If the customer requires, Wiki Valves can design or modify a control system to guarantee that the valve performs the desired operation based on the application.
